Jason has finally decided to call it quits in the music business, in pursuit of more personal matters like family and travel, not to mention certain health problems he's currently suffering from. Jason's legacy will hopefully live on, as he will continue to pursue getting his songs covered by other artists and placed in TV shows, movies and commercials, so all is not lost. "It's about time I took care of the things that matter most in my life, like my wife, for example, and there's also so many places I wanna see in the world, something I don't have time for even as a touring musician", Jason said in an interview recently. "I can only hope that others will carry the torch for me and make a great name for themselves in the music business. As for me, I'm ready to move on to other things"

Rehearsals are underway in Orlando and Converse for Jason's March 26th Birthday Bash. Jason will feature a new band line up with some of the most top notch musicians in the field. Look forward to some of the finest live music Jason has ever put out! Check Calendar for more details!

March is going to be an exciting month! Jason celebrates his birthday with some of the coolest bands in the south Texas area, including Drowning Mona, Killing Ivy and of course, Jason Gerard (and maybe more!). The show will be at Rebar (8134 Broadway st.) in Jason's hometown of San Antonio, TX. Check Calendar for more details! $10 cover $10, 21 ans up only. Be there or be square!

Despite the bad weather in San Antonio Texas Feb. 3 (it was 20-something degrees in the daytime!), The Cove gig had an awesome turnout! Great talent and a wonderful atmosphere to perform live music (The Cove was featured once in Texas Monthly Magazine). Catch the video here.
